Between 07 May 2026 21:00 and 08 May 2026 11:00, we experienced an issue affecting Mastercard token creation during enrollment and payments using tokens created during the affected period, due to a connectivity issue with the external provider.
Impact:
Mastercard token creation during enrollment was affected
Payments using impacted Mastercard tokens were also affected
Visa and other payment methods were not affected
The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally.
