Swish Payments Issue due to Certificate

    Swish payment for those merchants who are using the QuickPay SSL certificate are affected resulting on "SSL error".
    Merchants who are using their own certificate are not affected. Our teams are working on this issue and an update will follow.

    Please be informed that during the time frame 20.10.2025 13:28 CEST - 20.10.2025 13:35 CEST we experienced issues with Online Payments service. Some users may have encountered difficulties when attempting to complete transactions. Issue has been already solved and our engineering team is actively monitoring the system.

    We understand the importance of our service to your shopping experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Please be advised that the scheduled maintenance activity planned for September 23, 2025 00:00 has been cancelled due to some unforeseen issues identified during pre-implementation checks.

    No system changes were executed, and all services remain fully operational and available. A revised schedule maintenance will be communicated once the reschedule activity has been confirmed.
