payment.quickpay.net Opfølgning på problemer i går - Follow-up on yesterdays problems

I går eftermiddag oplevede enkelte merchants desværre problemer med nedsat fremkommelighed til betalingsvinduet. Det berørte udelukkende de merchants, som anvender Google Analytics i betalingsvinduet.

Grunden til dette var, at TDC torsdag eftermiddag ændrede IP-range for Google Analytics, og trafik hertil blev derfor fanget i vores firewall.

Vores egne monitorerings-systemer var desværre heller ikke i stand til at fange dette, og der gik derfor et stykke tid, inden vi opdaterede vores systemer.

Efter vi nu har kortlagt problemet, har vi nu sikret at noget lignende ikke kan gentage sig.


English: Yesterday afternoon, some merchant experience problems reaching the payment window. It was only merchants using Google Analytics in the payment window, that were effected.

The reason for this was, that TDC thursday afternoon changed their IP-range for Google Analytics, and the traffic therefore got stopped in our firewall.

Our monitoring-systems did unfortunately not catch this, and because of this, some time passed before we were able to fix.

We have now updated our systems, to make sure similar problems will not happen again.
