Solved: Errors on MobilePay Online

Further investigation of the issue has revealed that it was not an error at a PSP. Although the error was outside Danske Bank’s own infrastructure, it was in a system used by all MobilePay Online transactions regardless of PSP. All transactions through MobilePay Online in the mentioned time frame have therefore been affected.

The issue will be investigated, and actions taken to minimize the risk of seeing a repeat of the problem.
