MobilePay Online Problemer med betalingssystemerne / Experiencing problems with our online systems

The problem has been identified as MobilePay Online (MPO) connectivity issues where connections from one particular server of ours would hang and time out when contacting MPO. We will be working with the MPO team to understand why our connection attempts were blocked for this server only.

The hanging connections had a cascading effect which subsequently led to failures with other services on the server in question. Actions will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this incident might have caused.

Notice: At the moment, we are still seeing a lot of refused (not hanging) connections towards MPO.
