MobilePay Online Message from MobilePay


MobilePay is still heavily affected by the incident that occurred yesterday. Users that are also customers in Danske Bank are mostly getting service and being able to make transactions, except for MobilePay Point of Sale that is completely down.

Users using credit cards from other banks are experiencing errors.

The general load from users trying again and again combined with the system overall being worked on to restore service is creating long response times and sporadic timeouts.

Overall, service on MobilePay is down for most users when it comes to making transactions.

Next update at 13:00 CEST at the latest.

Note: The issues have also affected our ability to send out mails which has meant fewer info mails during the last 19 hours than normal. We apologize for that.
