Nets/Teller Acquiring Problems with Nets/Teller 3D systems

We have received the following message from Nets today at 15:42 UTC :

Nets is experiencing operational problems that affect 3-D Secure INC0180631

CONSEQUENCES Cardholders may experience be declined or not to be prompted for the 3-D Secure code when shopping at merchants that require 3-D Secure authentification. Afterwards the transaction is marked as if it has been 3-D Secure authenticated.
