We are planning to migrate our email service on Monday, September 18th, between 18:00 and 19:00, for a duration of up to one hour.
During this time, emails sent to the Quickpay domains (e.g., email@example.com) will be bounced back to the sender. Outgoing emails, such as authorization notifications, may also be marked as spam by your provider within that timeframe.
This incident has been resolved.
We have experienced issues with delivering callbacks for some payments during specific timeslots over the past two days.
Wednesday, September 6th:
From 13:28 CEST to 14:33 CEST
Thursday, September 7th:
From 11:37 CEST to 13:24 CEST
If your integration depends on callbacks, please double-check your payments in the Quickpay Manager.
￼From 13:30 CET to 14:30 CET, we experienced a problem related to 3-D Secure. In some cases, the customer was not redirected to the 3-D Secure flow.
Only merchants with a custom branding of the payment window were affected.
The incident has been resolved.
